1. About this policy

This cookie policy explains how Didov Limited (trading as ReadyToday) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (readytoday.co.uk) and customer portal (portal.readytoday.co.uk). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

  • Company name: Didov Limited

  • Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF

2. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are widely used to make websites function, work more efficiently, and provide information to the site operator.

Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the EU ePrivacy Directive, cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of a website do not require consent. We only use strictly necessary cookies.

3. Cookies on the website

The public website (readytoday.co.uk) uses only the following strictly necessary cookies:

These cookies are strictly necessary for site functionality and security. They do not track you and are exempt from consent requirements under PECR and the ePrivacy Directive.

4. Cookies on the customer portal

The customer portal (portal.readytoday.co.uk) uses the following strictly necessary cookies for authentication:

These are strictly necessary for authentication and security. They contain no personal data readable by third parties and do not track you. No consent is required under PECR or the ePrivacy Directive.

5. Analytics (cookieless)

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies:

  • No cookies: zero analytics cookies are placed in your browser.
  • No personal data: all data is aggregated — no individual visitors are identified or tracked.
  • No cross-site tracking: there is no cross-site or cross-device tracking.
  • Self-hosted: analytics data remains on our own infrastructure and is not shared with third parties.

Because Plausible does not use cookies and does not process personal data, it is exempt from consent requirements under PECR, the ePrivacy Directive, UK GDPR, and EU GDPR.

6. What we do not use

For the avoidance of doubt, we do not use:

  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any Google tracking products
  • Facebook Pixel, Meta tracking, or any social media tracking pixels
  • Advertising cookies or retargeting cookies
  • Third-party tracking scripts (e.g. Hotjar, Segment, Mixpanel, Intercom)
  • Browser fingerprinting or any other covert tracking technology

7. How to opt out of analytics

Although Plausible does not track individuals and does not use cookies, you can still opt out of being included in aggregate analytics counts. Open your browser developer console and run:

localStorage.plausible_ignore = "true"

This will exclude your visits from our analytics data. To reverse this, remove the item from localStorage.

8. Managing cookies in your browser

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set.

Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of our website and customer portal — for example, contact forms may not work, or you may be unable to stay signed in.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
