1. About this policy

This cookie policy explains how Didov Limited (trading as ReadyToday) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (readytoday.co.uk) and customer portal (portal.readytoday.co.uk). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website, used to make sites function, work more efficiently, and provide information to the site operator.

Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the EU ePrivacy Directive, cookies that are strictly necessary for a website to work do not require consent. Other cookies — including the analytics and advertising cookies described below — are only set with your consent, which you give through our cookie banner.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These are always active and do not require consent.

CookiePurposeDurationType
rtcsrfCSRF protection token, set when you visit the contact page.SessionStrictly necessary

We also store one entry in your browser's localStorage (rt-theme, reserved for a future light/dark preference). localStorage is not a cookie, stays on your device, and is never sent to our servers.

5. Analytics and advertising cookies

If you consent, we use the following Google services, loaded through Google Tag Manager:

  • Google Analytics 4 — helps us understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, which links and CTAs are used). Sets _ga / _ga_* cookies.
  • Google Ads — measures which adverts lead to enquiries and sign-ups so we can advertise effectively. Sets _gcl_* cookies and may use Google/DoubleClick cookies.

Both run under Google Consent Mode v2: if you decline, the tags stay restricted and set no analytics or advertising cookies. Google acts as a data processor; see our Privacy Policy for international-transfer detail. The full, current list of cookies is shown in the live declaration at the bottom of this page.

6. Cookies on the customer portal

The customer portal (portal.readytoday.co.uk) uses only strictly necessary cookies for authentication.

Supabase PKCE stateUsed during OAuth sign-in to prevent cross-site attacks.Duration of sign-in flowStrictly necessary

These are strictly necessary for authentication and security and require no consent under PECR.

7. Managing cookies in your browser

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings — refuse cookies, delete existing ones, or be notified when one is set. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may break functionality (for example, contact forms or staying signed in).
