Common questions

Is there a minimum term?

No. Both programmes run month-to-month — either side can end with one month's written notice, no exit fee. We expect you to leave if we stop being useful.

What happens to unused support hours?

Unused Flexible IT Support hours roll over for up to three months while you're subscribed. They're tied to an active subscription, so they don't carry over a cancellation.

Can I move between programmes?

Yes — the programmes are independent, so you can add one, switch, or run both side by side. Changes take effect from the following billing month.

Do you offer an education discount?

On AI training workshops, yes — UK schools, colleges and multi-academy trusts get 15% off every workshop tier. Programme pricing is published and the same for every organisation.

Who actually answers my emails?

Your consultant — personally. No ticket queue, no first-line triage. First reply within 24 hours.

What's NOT included?

Dedicated hardware procurement at scale, and software licences purchased on your behalf. We can scope these as add-ons or refer you to a specialist.
