The Learning Space
A private learning environment built around how your organisation actually works. Role-specific modules, refreshed every month, with certificates, completion tracking and automatic new-starter enrolment.
AI Consultancy
Managed AI keeps your organisation current with AI — what your people can do with it, and what you're required to prove about it. One monthly subscription covers training, champions, governance, evidence and a named consultant, priced by the size of your organisation.
Every item below is included at every size. Only two things scale with headcount — 1:1 volume and on-site days — everything else is identical whether you're 12 people or 300.
AI keeps changing faster than any organisation can retrain for. Keeping up with the tools and what you're required to prove about them is a full-time job — one nobody on your team has.
Managed AI is delivered as living artefacts you hold and people we train — not a report that goes in a drawer. This is the AI consultancy done as a product: if it isn't on this list, it isn't a deliverable.
A private learning environment built around how your organisation actually works. Role-specific modules, refreshed every month, with certificates, completion tracking and automatic new-starter enrolment.
Every AI system in your organisation: named owner, data boundaries, vendor verdict, DPIA status, date added. A living inventory — the artefact serious procurement and regulation now ask to see.
One current link: training coverage, policy history, acknowledgement records, Register export and impact data. Hand it to an inspector, an auditor or a client without preparing anything.
A handful of confident staff, trained properly and kept ahead, carrying day-to-day AI capability inside your organisation — so the skills live with you, not with us.
One person who knows your organisation runs your sessions, reviews and reports. Message us any time — 24/7, 365 days a year — and a real AI specialist replies by the next day, usually much sooner.
A workload baseline before we start, a written report against it every term, and adoption monitoring in between — so the value is measured, not asserted.
We talk through your organisation and your headcount band. You'll know the exact monthly price — the published band price, nothing bespoke — before you commit to anything.
The one-time build phase: workload baseline captured, AI Register built, DPIA backlog cleared, policy drafted for ratification, champions chosen and inducted, Learning Space populated, and a 90-day roadmap agreed.
Your first all-staff session, clinics in the calendar, champions coached, and the Learning Space open to everyone — with new starters enrolled automatically from day one.
Sessions, 1:1s and clinics run; the Register, policy and Assurance File stay current; and every term you get a written impact report against your baseline.
The governance layer of the AI consultancy: policy, Register, DPIAs and evidence maintained continuously — not assembled in a panic when someone asks.
Plain-English AI rules for your staff — and pupils or clients where relevant — kept current, with amendments pre-drafted and ready to ratify whenever the framework moves.
Every AI system logged with a named owner, data boundaries, vendor verdict and DPIA status. A staff member wants a new tool? A verdict within 48 hours, and it joins the Register.
Training completions, acknowledgements and policy history collect into the Assurance File automatically, month by month.
A termly assurance pack for your board or leadership team, and the Assurance File one link away — always current, never scrambled together.
And if you're ever inspected or audited, we're available within four hours and prepare the AI evidence with you — included, not extra.
AI tooling moves weekly and the rules keep moving too. We watch both, decide what matters for your organisation, and turn it into something your team can use on Monday.
We test it against the tasks your team really does, update the affected Learning Space modules, and cover it in the monthly session — what changed, and what to do differently.
A regulator updates its guidance. You get an immediate alert with what it means for you, and a pre-drafted policy amendment ready for your next leadership meeting.
Someone wants to try a new AI tool. Within 48 hours: a verdict on where its data goes, whether it's safe for your work, and — if it passes — a place on your Register with a named owner.
An example of how a season can look — yours is built around your organisation.
Every band is published, and the number on the page is the number on the invoice. The bigger your organisation, the less it costs per person.
| Organisation size | Per month (ex VAT) |
|---|---|
| 10–25 staff | £995 |
| 26–50 staff | £1,245 |
| 51–99 staff | £1,495 |
| 100–150 staff | £1,850 |
| 151–300 staff | £2,250 |
| 300+ staff | from £2,450 · priced at scoping |
Band = total headcount, measured at onboarding and re-checked at renewal only — new starters never change your price mid-term. On-site cadence scales with size: termly visits at the smallest bands, monthly from 51 staff, and more above 150 — where your champion network carries day-to-day capability, which is why each additional person costs less. 300+ organisations are priced at the scoping call.
Every engagement starts with a one-time £500 build phase: workload baseline, AI Register, DPIA backlog, policy drafted to ratification, champions inducted, Learning Space populated. Everything it creates is yours.
Prices exclude VAT.
Each school in a trust is its own delivery unit, banded by its own headcount — its own champions, sessions and on-site days. Trusts with two to four schools get 15% off the total; five or more, 25% off. Onboarding is £500 per school.
Worked example — three primaries in the 26–50 band: 3 × £1,245, less 15% — £3,175 a month for the trust.
