5. Customer portal accounts

Access to the customer portal requires an account. When we create an account for you:

• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6. Pricing and payment

• Invoices are due within the payment terms specified on the invoice (typically 14 or 30 days).

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Work product

Ownership of work product (code, documentation, configurations, etc.) created during a service engagement will be specified in the applicable contract or statement of work. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
