Every workshop is built from scratch around your team — the tools we cover, the workflows we use as examples, and the pacing all shape to your needs from the discovery call onward. Two clients on the same tier rarely get the same session.
Enquiries get a same-day response — by end of business on the day you reach out, you'll have the discovery call on the calendar. The quote arrives in the portal within 24 hours of the call. Workshop delivery is from 1 week out as a minimum — though peak periods (start of term, INSET windows, year-end) push that out, so the earlier you reach out around those dates the better. If you have a hard date, mention it on the enquiry and we'll confirm whether it's realistic before the call.

For on-site sessions, mileage is charged at £0.45/mile (the HMRC AMAP rate) from our base in Salisbury, Wiltshire. Yes — we carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance for our training and consultancy work. Certificates of currency are available on request before any engagement starts; procurement teams can also have them sent direct to a finance or compliance contact.
We don't take attendee data away from sessions. For live exercises we use either non-sensitive demo data or your team's own examples run on your team's own AI accounts — whichever you prefer, agreed on the discovery call. We don't pass session content to third parties, and any materials produced together (slides, action plan, governance pack) are yours to keep. Where a session touches personal or pupil data, scope and lawful-basis sit with you as the data controller; we'll flag anything we think needs a DPIA.
Yes. More than 14 days before the session: no charge. 7 to 14 days before: 20% of the base fee (admin and work already completed) plus any unrecoverable travel costs. 2 to 7 days before: 40% of the base fee plus unrecoverable travel costs. Less than 2 days before: 60% of the base fee plus unrecoverable travel costs. One free reschedule per booking with 14+ days' notice. We use reasonable efforts to reduce the travel bill before charging you — see the small print for the full definition and our mitigation commitment.
Your consultant spends 30 minutes with you understanding your team's day-to-day work, current AI familiarity, and what you want them to walk away able to do. We use it to tailor the session content. The call is free and included on every tier.
Capacity is checked on the discovery call so we don't oversell. If we can't realistically commit to your preferred date, we'll say so before you build a procurement case around it. Delivery is not sub-contracted to outside agencies — if internal capacity doesn't cover a fixed date, we'll propose an alternative slot or step aside so you have time to find another provider. Peak windows (start of term, INSET days, year-end) book up first, so naming a hard date in your initial enquiry helps flag conflicts early. If the assigned consultant is unwell on the day, the session is rescheduled with a 10% discount on the base fee by way of apology for any disruption.

The session counts toward your staff's continuing professional development records and we issue a digital certificate per attendee. We are not currently aligned to a specific awarding body — if accredited delivery is a hard requirement, please tell us up front so we can scope it correctly.

Credits (AI Partnership only — no other product on this page carries credits): £1,800 in AI Partnership credits is issued at the start of each quarter to AI Partnership subscribers. Unused AI Partnership credits roll forward while your AI Partnership subscription is active, up to a maximum balance of £5,400 — three quarterly issuances of £1,800 (excess isn't issued). Credits apply at standard published prices and don't combine with the 15% education discount or any other promotion. If you end the subscription for convenience, unused credits remain redeemable for 30 days and then expire. If we end the subscription, or you end it because we haven't remedied a material breach within 30 days of written notice, we refund the face value of any unused credits within 30 days. Credits transfer to your group companies, MAT member schools where applicable, on a permitted assignment, and to a successor entity on a change of control. Notice: either side can end the subscription with one week's written notice — no minimum term, no exit fee. Scope: included consultancy time covers AI questions, prompt and policy review, workflow audits, the monthly live session and the quarterly workflow review. Anything that would normally be its own engagement — custom builds, integrations, new training programmes for additional teams — is quoted separately or against credits. Governance: we help you author and keep your AI use policy current, but final accountability for how your team applies it sits with you as the organisation.
Two different shapes. The 90-Day Programme is a one-time intensive — workshop plus twelve weeks of coaching, then it's done. AI Partnership (£1,500/mo) is ongoing AI-focused capability with £1,800 in quarterly credits, a Bespoke Governance Pack delivered in week one, direct email Q&A with your consultant (initial reply within 24 hours, 07:00–20:00 UK time, seven days a week), two scheduled 1:1 consultancy calls per quarter, a monthly live session and written briefing, and a quarterly workflow review. Many organisations run the 90-Day Programme first, then continue with AI Partnership to lock in the gains.
One. Pricing is per-session and includes 20 attendees, with a per-attendee uplift for any above 20. The base price applies whether you bring 5 attendees or 20.

All prices on this page are exclusive of UK VAT, charged at the rate prevailing on the invoice date. If we are no longer VAT-registered when an invoice is issued, prices stay as quoted and no VAT is added. Base prices include 20 attendees; per-attendee uplifts apply above that. Quotes issued in the portal are valid for 30 days unless a different period is stated on the quote.
UK education organisations receive 15% off every tier, including any per-attendee uplifts above 20 attendees. Eligible organisations are: (i) state-funded schools with a URN; (ii) FE and sixth-form colleges with a UKPRN; (iii) multi-academy trusts listed on the DfE's GIAS register; (iv) independent schools registered with the DfE; and (v) universities registered with HESA. The discount is applied at the quote stage and, once issued, is locked for the term of that quote and any renewals on the same eligibility.

Each tier covers delivery and the standard inclusions only. AI tool builds, integrations, custom internal tooling, accredited course development, and student-facing safeguarding work are scoped separately and charged in addition.

We use reasonable efforts to reduce the travel bill before charging you — cancelling refundable bookings, claiming under any applicable insurance and rebooking for another engagement where we can. “Unrecoverable travel costs” means costs we have actually paid to third parties (rail and accommodation), any mileage already incurred, and the long-day surcharge if already triggered, that cannot be cancelled, refunded or recovered after those efforts.
If we need to reschedule a session due to illness or emergency on our side, the rescheduled session is delivered with a 10% discount on the base fee. There is no charge for the reschedule itself.
Issuance.£1,800 is issued at the start of each billing quarter.
Rolling balance, capped (AI Partnership only).Credits are issued only to AI Partnership subscribers — no other product on this page carries credits. Unused AI Partnership credits roll forward to subsequent quarters with no expiry while your AI Partnership Subscription is active. The maximum balance is £5,400 (three quarterly issuances of £1,800); if a quarterly issuance would push your balance above £5,400, the excess is not issued.
No combination with other discounts.Credits are applied to standard published prices and cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher or promotional offer — including the 15% education discount. Worked example: an education customer redeeming £1,800 of credit against Half-Day Workshops gets two sessions at the standard £850 each (£1,700 of credit used); the 15% education discount is not applied to the credit-funded portion.
Transferability.Credits transfer to your group companies and affiliates, and (where you are a multi-academy trust) to member academies under the same trust. They also transfer on a permitted assignment or novation of the Subscription, and to a successor entity on a change of control.
If you end the Subscription for convenience.Unused credits remain redeemable for 30 days after termination, after which any unused balance is forfeit and is not refundable.
If we end the Subscription, or you end it because we have failed to remedy a material breach within 30 days of written notice.We will refund the face value of any unused credits within 30 days of termination.
Workshop fee credit toward month one.If you start an AI Partnership within 60 days of booking a Workshop, the base 20-attendee fee for the tier you booked (with the 15% education discount applied if you qualify, and excluding any per-attendee uplifts and travel) credits against your first month's Subscription Charge, capped at one month's Charge.
Workshop fee credit on Programme upgrade.If you book the 90-Day Programme within 14 days of your Workshop session date — or roll an unstarted Workshop booking into the Programme — the same Workshop fee credits against the Programme Charge.
Anti-double-counting.A single Workshop fee may only be claimed once. If you are eligible for a credit under more than one mechanic, you choose which to apply.
On AI Partnership, we target an initial response from your consultant within 24 hours of receipt, with response hours of 07:00–20:00 UK time, seven days a week. If we miss the 24-hour initial response target, you receive a 5% service credit on that month's Subscription Charge, capped at 25% of the monthly Charge in any given month. Service credits are applied to the next invoice and cannot be paid out separately.
