AI training for businessespractical skills that save real time, not prompt-pack hype

Practical AI training that closes the AI skills gap in your business — tailored to the work your team actually does (admin, email, quotes, marketing, customer service, reporting), taught by our own AI specialists, with no hype and no prompt packs.

The AI skills gap

Your team already uses AI. Your competitors are training theirs to use it well.

Most of your team is self-taught on AI — copying prompts, working around the tools, getting inconsistent results. That's the skills gap, and it's where the competitive difference is being decided: the firms pulling ahead aren't the ones with the best tools, they're the ones whose people actually know how to use them.

Upskilling your team

Training that builds your team's skills — and your edge

A team that can actually use AI is a real competitive advantage — and investing in those skills is one of the best ways to keep a good team together.

  1. Develop real capability

Your team gains practical AI skills they apply the same week, with a certificate each that counts toward their CPD.

  2. A reason to stay

In a tight market, investing in skills people genuinely want is one of the most cost-effective ways to keep good people — and keep them motivated.

  3. Stay ahead of the curve

Short, regular sessions keep skills current as the tools move, so your team's capability compounds instead of dating.

How an engagement runs

Discovery call, quote in the portal, then we deliver

  1. Free Discovery Call

Your consultant spends 30 minutes understanding your team's workflows so the session lands on what they actually do.

  2. Quote in the portal

Sign up, pick your tier and dates, and we'll send a confirmation in the portal at the published price plus any add-ons. Accept and pay — payment is processed by Stripe; your card details are never stored by us.

  3. We deliver

We tailor the content to your team's real work, then deliver on your chosen date — on-site or online. Deep Dive and above also includes seven days of email Q&A and a written action plan afterwards.

Typical timeline: same-day response on enquiries, quote within 24 hours of the call, delivery from 1 week out.

FAQ

Quick answers

What is the AI skills gap, and how does your training close it?

The AI skills gap is the distance between using AI and using it well. Most staff are self-taught — copying prompts and getting inconsistent results — while competitors who train their people pull ahead. The evidence is clear: McKinsey reports that although most organisations now use AI, only around 6% see real returns, and techUK finds a lack of in-house expertise is the single biggest barrier to AI adoption for UK businesses.

We close it with practical, no-hype training built on your team's real workflows, so AI turns into measurable time saved and durable capability — and organisations with mature, company-wide training see significantly stronger returns (DataCamp, 2026).

Why do so many businesses adopt AI but get no real return from it?

Because buying the tools isn't the same as building the capability to use them. McKinsey's research finds most organisations now use AI in some form, but only around 6% are seeing real bottom-line returns — usually the ones that have redesigned how the work actually gets done around AI, rather than bolting a chatbot onto old habits. That's exactly what our training targets: hands-on practice on your team's real workflows, so AI changes how the work is done and the time saved is real, not theoretical.

Is this suitable for a small team with no technical background?

Yes. The training is in plain English and built for everyday staff, not developers. We start from where your team is and focus on the jobs they do every day.

How is this different from free AI courses or YouTube videos?

Free courses teach generic examples. We tailor the session to your business's real workflows after a free discovery call, train on your own material, and focus on measurable time saved — so it actually changes how your team works.

Do you sell prompt packs?

No. We teach prompting as a real, repeatable skill that stays with your people. We think prompt packs are largely useless — the value is in your team understanding how to get reliable results on their own work.

Should our team be using AI agents?

AI 'agents' — tools that carry out multi-step tasks rather than just answer a single prompt — are moving quickly, and there's a real gap between leaders who follow them and staff who don't. We cover them honestly: where they genuinely help with your work, where they don't yet, and how to use them with a human firmly in the loop. We won't push you toward hype — the goal is sensible, confident use of the tools that fit your business, agents included where they earn their place.

How much does AI training for a business cost?

Our formats are transparently priced (excl. VAT): the AI Focus Session is £425 (30 min), the AI Deep Dive £885 (3.5 h), and the Full Day Workshop £1,345 (6 h), each for up to 300 attendees. On-site delivery is included; online is 10% less. Book three or more workshops over a rolling 12 months and every session is automatically 25% off — no code needed, applied at quote.

Are you AI specialists, or a general IT firm?

AI training is a core part of what we do, built around your real business workflows rather than a generic deck. We're vendor-neutral — we train your team on whatever you already use — and delivery is in-house, never sub-contracted. Our wider team can also build AI tools and integrations, but the training is specialist work in its own right.

Do you come to us, or is it online?

Both. On-site delivery anywhere in the UK is included in the listed price at no extra cost, and online is 10% cheaper.

More questions
Which AI tools do you cover?

The mainstream tools businesses use — Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. We're tool-agnostic and will train on whatever you already use rather than pushing new software.

Will the training cover data protection and using AI safely?

Yes. Sensible, UK GDPR-aware data handling is built into how we teach, in line with the ICO's guidance on AI and data protection. We can also produce a written AI policy and governance pack aligned to UK GDPR — scoped separately or bundled with your workshop.

Our staff already use AI tools on their own — is that a risk?

It can be. When people use personal AI accounts for work without guidance, sensitive or client information can end up in the wrong place and results go unchecked — often called 'shadow AI'. The fix isn't to ban it, which rarely works; it's to give staff a safe, shared way of working. Our training covers sensible, UK GDPR-aware data handling in line with the ICO's guidance, and we can produce a short written AI policy so your team knows what's fine to put into a tool and what isn't.

What do we get afterwards?

Each attendee receives a certificate of attendance, and your team leaves able to apply what they've learned to their real tasks. Longer formats also include a written action plan, and the Deep Dive and Full Day come with seven days of email Q&A; a written AI policy and governance pack can be scoped separately or bundled.

Which format fits our team — short sessions or a full day?

Both work — it depends on the change you want. Short, focused sessions little and often are our recommended rhythm for embedding new habits: high-density practice on real tasks that fits around a busy week. The Full Day Workshop is the immersive option — six hours that take your team from foundations to confident, hands-on use in one go, ideal for an away-day or a whole-team AI launch. Many businesses launch with a Full Day, then keep practice current with short sessions as the tools change.

What 1:1 follow-up support do we get after a workshop?

More than a one-off day. The Deep Dive includes seven days of direct email Q&A with the same consultant who delivered your session. Dedicated 1:1 follow-up for specific staff can be scoped — so people troubleshoot their real work after the session, not just on the day. If your team keeps growing and you want ongoing coverage, we can scope that separately.

Isn't giving the team ChatGPT enough — why pay for training?

Access to AI is now the easy part — almost everyone has it. The difference between businesses that get value and those that don't is capability: whether people can get reliable results on their own real work, know when to trust the output, and build it into how they actually do their jobs. Left to self-teaching, most staff plateau at copying prompts. A structured session on your own tasks is what turns access into capability that sticks.

How do you keep the training current as AI tools change so fast?

Two ways. The session itself is built on your live tools and current best practice at the time we deliver — not a fixed curriculum recorded last year. And because the tools keep moving, many businesses book a short refresher every few months: three or more sessions over a rolling 12 months are automatically 25% off every session, so your team's skills stay current without a retainer or lock-in.

How do you compare to funded Skills Bootcamps?

They're useful and, where you qualify, can be low-cost — and for deep technical upskilling of one individual they're a sensible route. They're also generic, eligibility-based and run to a fixed curriculum on someone else's timetable. We're the opposite: bespoke to your business, built on your own tasks, delivered when and where suits you, with no eligibility hoops.
