More than 500 seats? We scope it with you — same programme, priced to your size. Just ask on the call.

On light automation: we configure and connect the AI tools you already own, and hand the setup to your team. We do not write code, build software, or integrate your systems.

Live delivery

Built to reach your whole team — at any size

We don't train 3,000 people by hand, and you shouldn't pay for that. Every enrolled person gets the learning library, recorded content, the comprehension check and certification, and their manager gets tracking — whether you're 30 people or 3,000. Live expert time goes into cohort sessions and into training and certifying your own champions and internal trainers, who cascade capability across the workforce. So coverage scales with you; our expert time is leveraged, not linear.

Everyone enrolled

Per seat, at any size: full library + recorded content, the comprehension check and certification, and manager tracking.

Live cohort sessions

We run live sessions for your teams, in the format your tier unlocks — Focus, Deep Dive or Full Day.

Cascade to scale

We train and certify your champions and internal trainers, so capability reaches the whole workforce — however large. Beyond 500 seats we scope the cascade with you.

What we guarantee — the minimum

  • At least one live cohort session a month for every active cohort
  • Train-the-trainer so capability reaches everyone, at any size
  • Priority AI Q&A — submit any time, expert answer within 1 business day
  • Monthly: your learning library kept current
  • Monthly: completion tracked and chased, manager dashboard updated
  • Quarterly: a progress + time-saved review
  • Always: certification on completion
How it works

A quarterly loop that compounds

Every quarter runs the same loop, so capability keeps building instead of fading after a one-off course.

  1. Assess

We map where AI actually helps in your real workflows and agree a short, prioritised plan — by team and by role.

  2. Enable

Group cohorts and the shared learning library teach your people to use AI day-to-day and to write their own prompts.

  3. Embed

We turn the training into in-tool habits — workflows your team can run and maintain themselves, no code.

  4. Prove

Completion tracking, ReadyToday certification and a time-saved report show what has actually changed.

Our approach

We teach capability, not prompt packs

Tools change every few months; the skill of using them well doesn't. We teach your team to use AI in their actual work and to write their own prompts with a simple house method — Role · Task · Context · Constraints · Output — so the capability outlasts any single tool. We're vendor-neutral: we don't resell a platform, so the tool we recommend is the one that's right for you.

Inside the shared, trackable learning library

  • “Do it in your tools” walkthroughs

Short, vendor-neutral screen demos of real tasks in the tools you already use.

  • Write-your-own-prompt method

The house framework with worked before/after examples and a fill-in-the-blanks builder.

  • Hands-on exercises

Practice on your own work, with a model answer to check yourself against.

  • Role scenarios

Worked examples per function — ops, finance, marketing, admin, leadership.

  • Check your understanding

A short comprehension check per module — the gate for certification.

  • Guardrails & judgement

When not to trust AI, data and privacy do's and don'ts, and how to spot inaccuracies.

Completion is tracked per learner and grouped by team, so managers can see who's done what — reports only, never content admin.

What's included

What every programme includes

Strategy, training, a shared learning library, certification, dashboards and governance — grouped by what they do for you, not a menu of extras.

Enable

Organisation-wide, role-based training

Live, role-tailored cohorts on-site and online, so every person learns how AI improves their actual work.

Shared, trackable learning library

A vendor-neutral library of tool walkthroughs, a prompt-writing method, exercises and role scenarios — whole-org access, kept current each quarter.

Live clinics & office hours

Recurring group sessions and an always-on async channel, so questions get answered and no team is left stuck.

Embed

Workflows co-built in your own tools

From Rollout up, we build one or two real, no-code workflows alongside your team and hand over the setup — capability you keep and can maintain.

Champions or hands-on — your call

From Rollout up we can train champions to run adoption in-role; champions are optional, never required. For smaller teams we go hands-on directly.

Prove

ReadyToday certification

Every learner earns a dated, verifiable certificate by completing the path and passing a short comprehension check — Foundations, role-based, then Advanced.

Manager dashboards & impact reporting

Per-team completion dashboards plus a quarterly adoption and time-saved report, with an openly-stated realism haircut.

Govern

AI strategy & leadership briefings

Executive briefings and a practical plan for how AI fits your organisation — by team and by role.

Policy & EU AI Act alignment

A tailored acceptable-use policy for in-scope functions, and (on Embed) an EU AI Act Article-4 evidence pack — alignment evidence, not legal advice.

Proof you can see

ReadyToday certification

Every learner completes the tracked learning path, then passes a short comprehension check (70% to pass). We auto-issue a dated certificate with a unique verification link, valid for 12 months — a short refresh keeps it current. The learning hours can count toward your CPD, and every attendee gets their own certificate.

Alignment

Built on the national picture

Our approach aligns with the public framing of AI skills in the UK — so what your team learns maps to where the country is heading.

  • EU AI Act — Article 4 (AI literacy)
The AI skills gap

Across an organisation, the AI skills gap is really a divide.

Leaders and a few early adopters race ahead with AI while most of the workforce is left to figure it out alone — so capability is wildly uneven, and the value never reaches scale. The organisations seeing real returns are the ones that close that divide deliberately, with structured training across every team, not a free tool and good intentions.

  • 94%of organisations aren't yet seeing real returns from AI — despite most now using itMcKinsey, The State of AI, 2025
  • 66% vs 34%leaders are up to speed on AI agents — but only a third of employees areMicrosoft Work Trend Index, 2025
  • 42% vs 21%the AI-return gap between organisations with mature, company-wide AI training and those withoutDataCamp State of Data & AI Literacy, 2026

The AI Enablement Programme closes that divide across your teams. An ongoing programme — a shared learning library, role-based training, certification and manager dashboards — so capability reaches every team, not just the early adopters.

FAQs

AI Enablement Programme — your questions answered

What is the AI Enablement Programme?

An ongoing programme that teaches your team to use AI in everyday work and to write their own prompts, built on a shared, trackable learning library and ReadyToday certification. It runs as a quarterly loop — assess, enable, embed, prove — so capability keeps building rather than fading after a one-off course.

How do the three tiers differ?

By depth, not headcount. Launch gets one team productive fast; Rollout scales role-based adoption across teams with manager dashboards; Embed adds governance, board-level reporting and a self-sustaining champions network. Any size organisation can pick any tier.

How much does it cost?

Launch is £795/month (from 10 seats, +£6/seat beyond), Rollout £1,795/month (from 20 seats, +£8.50/seat), and Embed £2,995/month (from 30 seats, +£11/seat). Prices are published, exclude VAT, and billing is month-to-month with one month's notice.

How do seats work?

A seat is one named person enrolled: access to the shared library and recorded content, a place in the cohort sessions for their tier, and inclusion in tracking. Sessions are group-delivered, so adding a seat doesn't add a delivery hour.

What's in the shared learning library?

Six asset types — tool walkthroughs, a write-your-own-prompt method, hands-on exercises, role scenarios, comprehension checks, and guardrails and judgement — organised by role and everyday task, and kept current each quarter.

What is ReadyToday certification?

Complete the tracked learning path, pass a short comprehension check (70% to pass), and we auto-issue a dated certificate with a unique verification link, valid 12 months. Levels go Foundations → AI in Practice → Advanced/Champion, and every attendee gets their own certificate. The learning hours can count toward your CPD.

Do you hand over prompt packs?

No. Prompt packs go stale with the next model. We teach the skill of writing your own prompts with a simple house method, so the capability outlasts any single tool.

Are you tied to a particular AI vendor?

No. We don't resell a platform, so the tool we recommend is the one that's right for your work — and we can change it as the market moves.

What does a manager actually see?

A scoped view of their own team: completion %, status and certificates issued, exportable to CSV or PDF. Managers see reports; they don't administer content.

How does this work for a large organisation — do you train everyone directly?

No — that wouldn't scale, and you shouldn't pay for it. Every enrolled person gets the shared learning library, recorded content, the comprehension check and certification, and their manager gets tracking — at 30 people or 3,000. Live expert time goes into cohort sessions and into training and certifying your own champions and internal trainers, who cascade to the whole workforce. So coverage scales with you; our expert time is leveraged, not linear. Beyond 500 seats we scope the cascade with you.

What's the minimum you guarantee?

At least one live cohort session a month for every active cohort, plus train-the-trainer so capability reaches everyone. Every tier also includes priority AI Q&A — submit any time, expert answer within 1 business day. On top of that, every month we keep your learning library current and track and chase completion with your manager dashboard updated; every quarter you get a progress and time-saved review; and certification is issued on completion.

Can our people get help between sessions?

Yes — every tier includes priority AI Q&A. Anyone enrolled can submit a question any time about using AI in their work — which tool, how to prompt it, whether something's safe to do — and gets an expert answer within one business day, so they're never left stuck.

Can you help with the EU AI Act?

Embed includes an Article-4 (AI literacy) evidence pack — a records artifact generated from completion logs showing who was trained and on what. It's alignment evidence, not legal advice.

What about light automation — do you build software?

We configure and connect the AI tools you already own, and hand the setup to your team. We do not write code, build software, or integrate your systems — and you keep what we set up, so your own team can maintain it.

Is this for businesses or schools?

Both. The programme is sector-neutral; tracks and examples are tailored to your roles, whether that's a company, a college or a multi-academy trust.

How is this better value than a big consultancy?

Published pricing, no lock-in, and faster time-to-value: group delivery plus a reusable learning library and champions, instead of bespoke day rates. For context, typical corporate AI programmes run £400–£2,700 per employee and bespoke consultancy £4,000–£12,000 a day.

Can we start small?

Yes — start on Launch with one team and move up a tier when you're ready. It's month-to-month with one month's notice on every tier.
