Happy with it? Accept the quote in the portal and add your payment details — handled securely by Stripe, never stored by us.

No — the £12.99/month plan is rolling and you can cancel any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Hosting and the website come down at the end of your billing cycle. If you'd like the source code released to you afterwards, that's a one-off £120 admin fee. Transferring the domain to another registrar is a £50 admin fee.
While you're subscribed we register and manage the domain on your behalf. You can transfer it out at any time for a £50 admin fee. If you'd rather use a domain you already own, that's fine — we'll either point it at us or transfer the management.
Yes. £12.99 a month is the all-in price including UK VAT at the prevailing rate. There's no setup fee.
We don't charge you for the design and build work — that's our investment in you as a hosting customer. The site is delivered as a fully managed, hosted service rather than a packaged source-code purchase.
You're only billed once you've reviewed your site preview, accepted the quote, and added a card. Payment is taken securely by Stripe directly from your portal — your card details are never stored by us.
The free build is intentionally lightweight. Anything bigger — e-commerce, booking, member areas — can be quoted separately at our standard £79/hour rate.
